if the person is close to 20 and has dealt with people who are reputable or high-end trades have been completed successully, then id feel ok about the trade. but if its someone new, with only a few trades, and nothing has been concerned high-end; i dont think it's fair to make you send first. i think there needs to be a clause. although you have to send first, something has to come into account for 77 completed trades, right?

if i were you, i would tell the seller what happened and let them know that you arent going to pay until you get the cards and explain the reasoning behind this. if they say no, then take your business elsewhere. cause i dont think you should have to send first because of that.
do MSF ever expire?

I talked to a mod and told him the reason behind the MSF tag and they said if I go on a perfect trade run (Not their words) it could get taken away.

what constitutes a "perfect trade run"; 10+ trades, 100+, a year???

They really didn't explain. I asked a few weeks after I received the tag and they said wait some time and ask again. Since then I haven't made many trades but in the last couple days have made a few trades around $600 sv.
The biggest one with a mod.

The person has traded with legit members after looking at their feedback. But still if under 20 and MSF must send at the same time on a trade, I really would like to know about selling with paypal. I mean, you can send the card and paypal at the same time, the seller is going to get the money instantly.

well that would be you two both sending at the same time, its not exactly their fault the usps cant provide instant delivery, plus if your using paypal if they dont use DC and you never get the card you can send paypal all the info(posts, PM's, the trade agreement) and get your money back. Even if they do use DC and you never get the card its unlikely, but not impossible, that the DC tracking will say you did get it. So at least your protected by using paypal.
