05-18-2009, 02:24 AM #61in a rush to get to bed, this seems on the surface to be typical bush idiocracy. the date for the interview looks like december, 2001. i can't remember, but was he already getting flac for sitting in the classroom with a "deer in the headlights" look after they told him we were under attack?
if so, this looks like bush trying to get ahead of this criticism by saying, "...guy can't fly a plane very well" or whatever he said. on first glance, that what this looks like, but I've gotta go. I'll give it more time tomorrow.

I don't think Bush was getting beat up for not leaving the classroom in December 2001...I think he was still enjoying an all-time approval rating...Almost a year later in September of 2002 the White House was still trying to spin the idea that Bush excused himself from the classroom "in seconds" rather than sitting through the entire reading and lollygagging around as if he was in no rush...no secret service escorting him from classroom as I would believe is protocol. I'm not 100% positive, but I don't believe it was until Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11 that we had video of him sitting in the classroom and contradicting the White House statements that he left almost immediately.

I havent read all of the updates in this thread since I last posted in it, but I will say this. Michael Moore is a waste of life. He is nothing more then a spin machine.
And bear this in mind. People claimed the Government's magic bullet theory in the Kennedy assasnation was rediculous, and when someone tries to explain it may sound rediculous. But when you reposition everybopdy the way they were inthe car, not at the same height, and off centered, it makes a whole lot more sense then. Im not saying that makes everythign okay, but remember, you can spin it anyway you want.

I know kennedy wasn't killed with a .22, but a .22 will bounce around inside your body over and over. It doesn't have the power to exit the body, but it has the velocity to enter, say the chest cavity, bounce around the abdomen, and exit the thigh.
This being said, whatever caliber kennedy was shot with(I think it was 7.62mm or .308 or something), this has exit power, as well as ricochet power, enter, exit, and ricochet power, etc. Something hard such as metal, or dense such as wood, is needed to finally bring the round to rest.
I worked with a guy who shot a doe with a .270, it passed through her neck or shoulder(I can't remember), exited, passed through her fawn's abdomen, and eventually came to rest in a tree next to the fawn. 2 deer with one bullit, it can happen.

before I read the articles above, I was thinking....I remember watching video of the first tower burning when the second tower was hit. maybe that's what he was watching, and then he went inside the classroom before the second tower was hit. then they came and told him about the second one while he was in the classroom.
ya know, bush also wasn't the sharpest crayon in the box, and he had a lot of very stressful stuff to deal with from 9/11 to the interview in december '01....decisions and stuff on his mind no one else has even come close to having. it just seems like a simple mistake as opposed to a "cover up" he let slip. like someone else said previously, the simplest explination is usually correct.
V.I. lennin said something along the lines of, "look to who would benefit, and go from there"
I think bin-laden had much more to benefit from than bush. "messiah-like" status among arabs, spiritual/military leader of the muslim movement to make the world an islamic state, hero status by dealing a massive blow to the infidel Americans, and on and on and on. He was already a billionaire, so he didn't need money.
likewise for bush, his family already has power, money, influence, etc. why would he kill his own subjects for slightly more money?...that would be dirty money from payoffs...blood money...etc.
in my opinion, and according to lenin, bin-laden had much more to gain/benefit from, and therefore is the culprit......and i hate using the quotes of a communist, but The Big Lebowski was such a funny movie.

post #28 has the video of Giuliani saying he was told the buildings would collapse and was evacuated from WTC7, as well as audio of Bush saying he saw the plane and it was one terrible pilot, and a video of Bush giving a press conference on the white house lawn where he talks about explosives in the WTC

diversion...this thread is not about JFK
what is funny is how you were blasting anybody against the official story on page 2, and then you bring up the government's "theory" from the JFK assassination? Why can't the government just be spinning their story as well?
I really don't want to discuss JFK in this thread, but would be happy to in another...the magic bullet "theory" just happens to be the government's "theory"...however if you disagree with the government, then all the sudden you're a lunatic conspiracy theorist...please

As for JFK, you missed my point. Im not saying conspiracy or no conspiracy. I was pointing out an example of somethign thst can be spun one way, yet can also be put in a light that shows its completely legit, thats all. TO make my earlier point that the debate will rage on and one side will interpret things to their liking while another will interpret it to their liking. To bring up a JFK discussion would add about 20 pages to this thread that are totally off topic.

If you recreate the exact set up of that day its more then feasable, its likely. Peopel who call it a magic bullet assume Kennedy and the Governor (his name eludes me rght now) were sitting in line, and at the same height. They were not. Kennedy was offset from him, and was sitting higher. when you redraw the lines with that set up, it all makes sense.

Also dont forget that they tried to take those towers down in 93 under CLintons watch. Only an incompetent driver stopped that from happening. And did Clinton do anyting about it?? Nope, and 8 years later they returned to finish the job.
