Just so you know... depending on what bank your card is with you can probably file a claim with them. I know the bank i work for 100 percent covers you in cases like this so you wouldnt be paying for it.

that's too bad, i've never had anything but good experiences w/ them. (crossing my fingers)
i also don't pay month to month, i always go w/ the 13 month subscription

I have. But since I have allowed X Box to use my card. I have to dispute it as a good faith dispute and it may take up to 90 days.. And if X Box does not refund my money then I will not get it back..

I go with the 13 month one to. But I had my information on the site to buy maps and other stuff.

I have to XBOX 360's and both got the RROD one both of them, sent them off, and within two weeks had them back. I had good luck with that part, but talking on the phone with them was difficult.
The worst customer service i've had it Taylor, Bean, and Whitaker, my mortgage company. I've had my house since January and still havent been able to talk to a human.

So I called X box becuase it has been 10 days since I first called and they still don't know a thing.. Hard to belive but I'm not suprised.. Maybe I will have 5000 points and nothing to spend them on..
