Neither one of my comments were returned. And for him to say "Companies were moving away from Hockey" is such a cop-out....I wonder if they have even heard of ITG from up there in the Ivory Tower.

Hmmm interesting that they were selective in which comments got put back up. And I agree. It's just pathetic at this point.

Just want to throw this out there......
IF ITG got the NHL License to produce cards with NHL team logos on them, would they be able to produce the same type of cards and demands that people have for UD?
I ask (not knowing how much this license would cost) because I am sure at the end of the day, $$$$$$$$$ (<---Money) decides what products come out and how much the product will cost to the consumer.....
Will a price increase happen if they get a license to keep the same quality of cards they produce?
Will everyone still think its worth it when they dont get the "Bang for their Buck" from ITG?
I am not sticking up for UD at all....I think they have put way too many products out there (along with sacraficing quality) and probably why they are losing customers out there - I am upset I cant collect Robitaille cards anymore because I cant afford all the parallels and 1/1s (Seriously - 146 One of Ones - 8% of all his cards) they throw out there of the exact same card.....just a different #/ on it....I have almost lost interest in continuing to collect him.....

So am I to believe that by simply replacing a couple comments you think you can get out of this? I’ve received word from several others who have had their comments removed from this blog and they are VERY upset. If you expect people to respect yourself and your company you should really think about letting them ALL express their thoughts and opinions instead of censoring them as you CLEARLT have done. This is the type of customer service that hopefully get’s company’s exclusivity contract taken away. Keep it up UD!

I've been following this thread off and on since in started...... but just made my way over the the blog now (you get the just of it in the first post anyway).
I fully agree with the point here. Upper Deck crying that MLB took away their license, when they did the same thing with hockey, is now one of the best examples I could point anyone at, of pot calling kettle black.
But as for comments, and them being removed. What does this have to do with free speech or customer service? You're posting comments on a privately owned blog site. What the owner of the site wants to do with your comments is entirely up to them.
His response to your comments, is pretty funny though. Some companies wanted to move away from hockey? I guess that must be topps. Pacific went under. I'm fairly certain ITG would have liked to keep their license.
