Weighed myself the other day and I lost 2 pounds and now I'm 238. Only thing I did different is stop drinking diet cokes.

I don't have a scale to check, but the pants I wore yesterday and the ones I'm wearing today are feeling a little looser. I didn't have to suck in my gut to button them at least, lol.

Monday morning, 2 pounds last week. Thats a total of 8 pounds in the three weeks of counting on this thread.

Congrats Arty!!!!! im at a stand still. my synthroid was foprgotten a few days so now i have to keep remembering that... and not eat a lot today... happy birthday to me!

Your birthday??? Hey, i had no idea. Congrats, relax and enjoy. Dont restrict your calories on your birthday, everyone needs to celebrate now and then for a birthday, have a meal you like and enjoy it.
You have a tough situation with the health problems that affect you losing weight, hopefully things will go well for ya.

good luck with everything!! if you go to www.bodyspace.com you can get tons of exercise and nutritional advice if you want/need it! plus, all of the people there are awesome are it is easy to get inspired! my sn there is animal.inside feel free to drop a line and let me know how the progress is going!!!

That's a good idea. The junk in that is extremely unhealthy but it has also been shown to retain water around the waste, exactly where you least want it. Good job!
