You're DSR's went back up, because some of your old "poor ratings" likely have expired (ie) passed the one-year mark.

If you check your seller dashboard, you can see your DSR's for a 12-month period and for a 3-month period. Whenever your ratings go back up, it's often due to the poor ratings passing their one-year mark and thus no longer factoring in to your over-all equation.

I think you can leave feedback, and then do DSRs later maybe?

Something bizzare is going on now, my shipping and handling DSR went down and I haven't had any new feedback left. How the H*** does that happen? If anyone knows please tell me! Went from 4.93 to 4.88 and nobody left feedback! That is impossible! Someone has to leave feedback to leave DSRs. I think Ebay screw with the numbers to try and get sellers to ship for free.

What I've done is put $4 for shipping for N. America and US gets confirmation of delivery ( a .50 option) i also note they will be double bubble packed and secured so they don't move in transit. I add I will put whatever tracking the buyer wants at their expense. There really isn't a cheap delivery conf option to Canada. But honestly, if I ever have a card sell for ahuge profit, I'd pay the tracking. It just doesn't happen with the crap I break.

I was selling a bayonet (just like a hunting knife about 6") for an AK-47 and they removed my auction because it referred to an assault rifle they didn't like. I wanted to tell them their email was invalid because they mentioned 'gun' and ebay has nothing to do with guns....

Hmm, I never once charge for shipping out of all 61 trades I made here, I always use penny sleeve, toploader with tape, with a bubble mailer, I mailed stuff to Sweden, Hungary, Moscow and never paid over $5 US dollars, I once paid 24 dollars to Canada, but that was a High end trade over a $100, took 3 days, I mail to the same person a month later with $3 in stamps, took a month!
But yeah, I know I might be losing some money, but thats how I roll! But when I get a trade in the same state, and they ask me to pay for shipping, $5 for shipping when it cost only a $1, lame!

thanks for the comments. it costs more to ship in Canada than it does in USA. that is part of the problem. It costs $2.33 to ship 1 card to USA in a bubble mailer, and it used to cost $1.31 from USA to Canada. but I believe the rates have gone up at US postal service. Also, its costs $4.63 for stamps to Europe or anywhere outside of North America. inthe USA it might be less, I am not sure.
the other thing you commented was that you don't charge for shipping on here,(SCF) that is much easier to do because there are no fees to pay on SCF. And if it is a trade you are getting something back so the other person is paying shipping too on the item they are sending you.

When it comes to trades I don't see what people would be charging shipping? But that's just me, my shipping fees on ebay are 2.50 in canada, 3.50 to USA, and 4.50 International. I also give the option of expresspost (which is required on all auctions over $30) just to cover myself and not get ripped off. I've never had a problem with anyone complaining. The reason I charge expresspost over $30 is because I shipped a card once that sold for $35 in Canada and the person said it never arrived. Never left me a negative but paypal gave them all the money back and they likely got to keep the card too. I take no chances anymore

You charge $3.50 to USA and your DSR for shipping charges isn't low? I charged $2.99 to USA and got a lot of low DSRs. I lowered it to $2.49 now and got another one. The system is sooooo flawed it isn't funny. Oh well, eBay will lose another seller soon.

I don't sell alot on ebay, and hasn't sold to the states in awhile on there, but I've never got a low DSR before
