Likely some of your DSR's that had you at 4.93 are past a year now and aren't counted. The DSR's are only for the last 12 months as previously stated in this thread.

I understand it is for the last 12 months, but my rating went down not up, and no feedback had been left at that time when I posted that. If ratings came off after the 12 months my rating should have gone up not down.

I would guess that some of your "good" ratings went past the 12 months and got removed from the equation which made your rating go down

someone mentioned in an earlier post about having set shipping fees for items.
it is possible because if you want to buy or sell a CD on ebay there is a set $3.00 shipping fee within N.America. so they could do it.
many times i see Americans (no offense intended) listing shipping to Canada as some wild price - for example $23.99, (with USA shipping at $2.99) just so they can offer shipping knowing nobody is gonna pay that much. i am not talking about hi end cards here either.
many "sellers" list cards at a penny with $6.00 for shipping to reduce their own fees paid. ebay is changing all that next month with their new final value fees based on sales price plus shipping.
unless it is a higher end card i refuse to pay anymore than 3.50 for shipping for a single card. one way a seller can get business from me is on discounting multiple items. i dont mind paying 4.00 for shipping if the next few cards are only 25 cents each. i spend more but i also "save" more too.
