    something seems fishy

    I was watching this auction and the ending price is way off from being normal. Getting a Foligno priority signing was at the top of my list once i found out he was being put into one of my all time favourite sets. They sell for between $20 and $40. So i checked and sure enough the bidder has a 71% rate with the seller. Also what i dont understand is theres a second bidder who was out bid at $111 so I'm really confused cause i bought the next one that came on eBay for $29 with only one other bidder so why the crazy price obviously i think its shill bidding but do they usually use more then one account to do this? $100 more then the card goes for just seems off to me
