if what craigerman says is true and you're just after free stuff and conning the companys, and send a lot of stuff back for that reason. you deserve squat. if you are being honest, good luck.

Alex...I'm not making any accusations, but just saying that you have to be careful. I know you're a good, honest trader, but sometimes even the most honest of us see an opportunity that may be construed as a little dishonest and exploit it. It's a slippery slope. Maybe you just do have incredibly bad luck. I do know, though, that if I recieved as many damaged cards as you did on a seemingly regular basis, I sure as heck wouldn't be buying from that store or website anymore. It really does seem like 75% of the stuff you break is either shorted or damaged. My suggestion to you is that you stay as far away from Las Vegas is humanly possible.

Edit: Hey, you in school or something right now? I thought that most schools have softwear that bans message boards?

I havent sent anything in to any company but redemptions since UD took me in my last shipping of it. Im actually, very, very good at Poker, Lol. Maybe cards just isnt my thing. But I get boxes from all over, I have 3 Local Stores I regularly go to, Walmart, Kmart, Target, Ebay, DACW, all that, so the damaged ones are coming from different places.

They do ... but only for those who dont know how to use anonymizers.

Here are the replacement instructions from the Topps Website:
I received some damaged cards in the packs that I've opened, where do I send them for replacement?
The Topps Company will be happy to replace any current-season, factory-produced defective products as long as supplies last. However, card-per-card replacement is limited to a total of 25 cards per submission. To receive a replacement, send the defective product, along with a letter of explanation and a listing of the cards to:

    The Topps Company
    401 York Ave.
    Duryea, PA 18642
    ATTN: Consumer Relations Dept.

Please note, The Topps Company is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. Any cards, products, or other material you value must be sent in a manner that proof of delivery is available if necessary. Mailings over 25 cards are randomly replaced.

Even though they do not specify it is required they returned shipments for no proof of purchase. When reshipped with box UPC's and wrappers the refused it again because there were no receipts and included a snotty letter.

I know they are just trying to discourage people from expecting them to stand behind their product.

Topps is fast but has to rank at the absolute bottom of any customer service rating anywhere on the planet.

UD has reasonable customer service but is extremely slow and many returns are in poor condition.

    Never used Donruss.

    Good Luck

I have been waiting on a Josh Reed portrait Auto level 2 from Upper Deck for around 2 years...lol really 2 YEARS

At one time this card booked $50.00 now i would say $20.00 and i prolly couldnt sell it for $5.00

I have been very patient and nice with them in the past about it but today i sent a email (Not so nice and kind) and let them know i was sick and tired of waiting and i didnt want the Josh Reed auto anymore and what i felt about waiting 2 years Etc.

Gave them a list of players and teams along with a quote from there website stating i could exchange for another player if i didnt wish to wait any longer.

I will keep you all updated... UD Customer Service has stunk for me so far...

I think it will be between Donruss and Topps (gee I wish MLB had let Donruss keep their license and taken away UD's). I hope Topps wins but Donruss is cool too.
