How often do you strike real MOJO?

i bought a blaster pack at target that included 2 packs of 05' sp authentic hobby basketball and a free jersey card for $19.99 and i pulled a lebron james gu/auto bv $400. by far my best & favorite pull.

I have hit dome good stuff over the Years and I have hit some Mojo but not a great lot. I mean I am talking cards $200+ in BV. The biggest card I can recall was out of a 96 Donruss product that had some really low serial numbered cards that booked way to high and Hit a Ken Griffey Jr that booked for $800 at the time.

You know you just reminded me of another MOJO pull I hit.
1996 Baseball SPx Ken Griffey Jr. auto. Sold it for $200 within 10 minutes
of pulling it at a card show.
So that's 3 for me since 1994!!!!...:)

Yes, but Im speaking like true pack pulls, not grab bags. Ive never hit one super card out of like a UD, Topps, Donruss product, etc.

Ive hit some ok stuff, but nothing huge:
Origins Abreu Black 1/1 (Sold for $200)
UD Glass Melo Rc
UD Glass Melo AU Rc

Nothing great though.

Right, yeah me too. My three were from factory sealed boxes/packs.
Good point. Grab bags like Mike's are kool, but I was refering to factory sealed items.

Ive had some pretty good pulls myself

Pulled a true 1/1 Clinton Portis insert out of 03 Skybox LE

Out of retail blasters Ive pulled two good selling cards

Roy Williams (DAL) Rc jersey #/25.. Sold when he was hot for 100 bucks
Best alltime pull is retail with an Emmitt/Aikman dual jersey auto #/20 which I sold for 430

Out of Retail I also had a pull that was one in roughly 10,000 packs although it wasnt a great card.. Tony Banks autograph.

Recently bought a 19.99 box of 2006 topps turkey red football at my local Wal-Mart and the last pack I opened had the Matt Leinart White Sp Auto #'d 19/25....awesome card!! bv 250.00

Today in a box break, I pulled a 06 Heritage LenDale White auto/jsy #10/25.
Odds were like 1/5000+. Would've preferred a Vince Young, but can't complain.

Two years ago when I was at the mall I bought 4 packs of 04 UD Legends and a Roy Williams Bowmans Best RC Auto............

I figured the Roy was worth it because id at least go home with something for the PC but alas I got down to the last pack after pulling a Mercury Morris Auto then came a Gale Sayers Auto........didnt realize at the time it was Mojo until one of my friends alerted to the fact it was one the super short prints /25.........was 300 at the time and now is 200 i believe......

This was the only real mojo i can recall in 15 years of collecting.

I just got back into collecting 2 years ago and have had 4 pretty decent pulls.
Last year pulled a Marino Auto /20 and Ronnie Brown Auto /25
This year Cutler Auto /25 and Reggie Bush Contenders Auto

Not too bad since I only average about 10 boxes of product per year.
