I took those grades from the grade companies. So, if a guy selects graded he should be able to select the exact grade from that list. If a guy is NOT listing a graded card then he should choose the best option. Hopefully, he/she will upload a scan of the card. This way when he/she makes a trade the other user gets the subjective opinion and a scan of the card.

I agree with John if we are going to keep the Condition feature...A Beckett grading and a PSA grading do not equate...
I would say that is what the "Condition Notes" is for. They can make their selection and then type in the notes. Are there some condition options we can add to make is Beckett and PSA friendly?

yeah mike, but a gem mint card for one company is FAR different than from another.....a BCCG mint card is a full grade lower than its BGS counterpart

also mike, you said about a grade check option....will there be a way to specify the company and the grade itself?? or would that info go elsewhere?
Good question.
Harry, when a user "checks" the graded, can we have a drop down menu appear with a list of companies?

cant even say "beckett" as they have two different sets of standards there (BCCG and BGS)
its really a big mess....like i said, just way too much info involved with a single card to make it all feasible

Value field? Though most people use Beckett, there are other avenues people use for the "value" of the card. Some even stick strictly to resale value and ignore the arbitrary book value. Therefore, I know it's optional...but is it necessary?

Wow, even me a non-techie thinks this is neat. Going to go and play with it now. ;)

Remember this is optional and can be skipped! Also it will not be required on the spread sheet. Please look at my last 2 posts. We have the companies pop up when you selected graded.
In the end after this is instituted we can removed things if the members don't like. We will make most thing optional.

I was 50-50 on this. I thought it would be a good field for those that sell. This way when I go see member X's inventory I already know what he is asking for in cash or BV.
any other opinions?
