    PAYPAL dispute...need help

I recently sold a lot on eBay. The buyer paid and the items were shipped via priority mail. I shipped on Aug 9th and they were received on Aug 11th. I sent with delivery confirmation. Now the buyer has filed a PayPal dispute.

Is there anything I should be looking out for? Anything specifically I should do? I replied in PayPal stating the facts. Should I be worried that I am going to be out a couple hundred bucks?

    Any help would be appreciated

Good thing you sent w/ DC. Paypal generally tends to be in favor of the buyer, but w/ the DC # and showing it received, I think you should be fine.

Yeah, good thing you did send with delivery confirmation. Thats why I don't send outside the U.S. Because you can't use DC & anyone can say they didn't get there cards.

The guy says he didn't receive the cards. Funny thing is...I was offered $50 for the lot right after I agreed to sell.

I didn't know if I was screwed because I didn't send with signature confirmation.

This thread will probably be moved to the right forum just so you know....

But here's a question for you, was his address verified or unverified through PayPal? If it was unverified, the dispute will go in his favor 100%.

It was verified. His feedback on eBay is like 5000.
