Holy crap! If this goes down, Boston will feel like they have to make a move...

I'd think they'd be better off with Courtney Lee, as he looked VERY good, but they are going for instant success it appears.

This makes me think that the Magic may not be able to resign Hedo. Why trade for another guard when you need a big?

We would also get ryan anderson a 6-10 PF

    Played 20 mins a game

7.4 points and 4 rebs a game.. Not great but just a backup

    But Battie was

    15 mins a game with

    4 points 3 rebs a game

Makes zero sense for the Nets...
They'll have Alston, Lee, Dooling, and Harris?

    Vince Carter Traded to Magic

Various sources are reporting that Vince Carter has been traded to the Orlando Magic for Rafer Alston, Tony Battie and Courtney Lee.

The Nets are expected to take SG Terrence Willams at No. 11, if he’s still available (which is who we have them taking in our mock draft). Once this deal becomes official, the Nets are going to have a ton of cap space next summer, while the Magic are going to look great with a starting five of Jameer Nelson, Carter, Hedo Turkoglu (if they re-sign him), Rashard Lewis and Dwight Howard.
