The cab driver suffered cuts to his face and his glasses were damaged, police spokesman Michael DeGeorge said.
Both men were charged with felony robbery and misdemeanor counts of theft of services and criminal mischief. Patrick Kane pleaded not guilty in City Court on Sunday,
Well he pleading not guilty but we shall see how this all plays out. Love how a torn 5 dollar bill was found in his cousin pocket. Doesn't look good the more I read.

Did you see who the cabby was,he wasn't no young man,and i seriously doubt you would have been able to knock kane out when 1 person has you by the throat while the other is punching your face while your still in the car!

Arguing over 20 cents is something maybe an average person or a poor person would do. Not a guy who bets $500 for something like Kane would do.
