just a dumb, sad thing to do. he does a ton of good community stuff in the chicago and buffalo areas. i don't know what to say, the kids barely not a teenager but he messed up big time. lets hope he learns, serves just punishment once the facts are out and changes his life. i don't know whether to take him out of my sig or not. just sad.

I have to agree on most points here. The underage drinking thing (I guess it hasn't been confirmed in the media) doesn't bother me because I did it, and as pointed out, many others have. It's not right for Kane in this situation, but it's not a surprise.

I also agree about the nightlife stuff (that's what I've read) and what happens with the younger hockey players.

Lastly, and something I also thought of, is that he was going to give the guy a $1.00 tip? I mean, here in Canada, I think the 'norm' now is 15% tip. Not saying you have to tip, but it's very common. Why not just give him the $15 and be done with it!? Geeeeez!!!

Oh, and yes, I hope he was drunk to act like that, and tip like that!!!!!!! At least then he has an excuse....

Actually the cab driver gave him $1 in change but didn't have the 20 cents so Kane wasn't going to tip at all then assaults the driver over the 20 cents and takes his $15 back (if what the cab driver said it accurate)! So he wasn't going to tip at all! I usually tip $3 bucks on $20 cab ride!

now at the tsn, there is a video, that the cab driver hasn't got a licence, and he had two case with the law before this. I think, whatever is happen, or happened, Patrick will survive this. I don't know exactly the U.S. law, but they will vanish this case.

Kane has a really good local lawyer and if the Cab drivers lawyer already said it was blown out of proportion I don't see this going far. Kane will be fine
