yeah, I know of several team's security guards that take their jobs way to seriously (Hawks, Wizards, Thunder, etc).

12/16/10
Detroit Pistons' power forward Charlie Villanueva made an appearance as the guest of the "Pistons Tonight" local sports talk radio show broadcasting at the Gus O'Connor pub and restaurant out in Sterling Heights, MI tonight. Got Charlie to sign my 8 1/2 x 11 Meijer Pistons promo photo (already signed by Rodney Stuckey and Ben Gordon) and a mini basketball for me.

Nice man! I saw that CV31 posted a pic from the radio show on his Twitter earlier tonight. I'm a huge CV fan and I'm glad to see him doing a lot better in Detroit this season. That photo is actually pretty darn nice. Congrats on some Villanueva successes and thanks for posting!
P.S. If you need any cards or anything of CV31 to get signed in the future, just lmk.

Graphed the Los Angeles Clippers at their hotel after work today. Got the following to sign for me as they boarded the bus to the game:
Eric Gordon - 1/1
Jarron Collins - 1/1
Blake Griffin - 1/1 mini basketball
Baron Davis - 1/1
Missed out on the following:
assistant coach Robert Pack - 0/1 (didn't see him but was told he boarded the bus before I got there)
assistant coach for player development Howard Eisley - 0/1 (must have got on the bus before I arrived there as well)
Craig Smith - 0/1 (didn't notice him as he boarded the bus)
Ryan Gomes - 0/1 (ignored with his headphones on)
Rasual Butler - 0/1 (came out while Blake was still signing)
Randy Foye - 0/1 (had his hood on, so I didn't recognize him until he got on the bus)
head coach Vinny Del Negro - 0/1 (said it was too cold)
Brian Cook - 0/1 (last one to board the bus, so said sorry he had to go)
Eric Bledsoe signed, but I didn't have anything for him to sign. Everybody else either ignored or wasn't needed. Chris Kaman is still out with an injury and didn't make the trip.

A little bit afterwards, took the gf to attend the concert of one of her favorite bands, My Chemical Romance, performing with special guest, Sick Puppies, at the Fillmore Theatre in downtown Detroit. After the concert, waited out by their tour bus with 20 other people. Their manager was cool enough to bring out two members of the band at a time to sign down the line before they boarded their bus. Me and my gf both got our album covers signed by all 4 members. Also, the equipment manager distributed some of their guitar picks they used in the show to some of the people waiting, with me and my gf getting a couple as well.

awesome job man! You got the tough one in Baron and you got their 2 best players in Gordon & Griffin (who will wind up being the ROY). Congrats on those autos and also the ones from the concert!

Yeah, congrats on Baron Davis. He is a terrible signer out here in LA. I've seen him one-on-one many times, and he'll just ignore me or wave at me. I heard Vinny del Negro hates to sign. I also saw him one-on-one and he said "I can't. I have a meeting." I'm not mad; I actually think it's funny.

Hmm. That's weird. They have this thing for Clippers season ticket holders where they can come in early to selected games & get autographs. I've heard Baron never signs at these. I guess he hates his home town fans!

Thanks. Even though it was Blake's and Baron's crappier signatures, I'll take it for now.
