Attended the Detroit Pistons vs. New Orleans Hornets game at the Palace of Auburn Hills. Got there early and graphed the Hornets by the visiting tunnel as they made their way back to the locker room after pregame shoot around. Got the following players to sign for me:
Jason Smith - 1/1
Marcus Thornton - 1/1
David West - 1/1
Emeka Okafor - 1/1
Missed out on the following:
Chris Paul - 0/1 (signed as he left the court, mostly for kids, before I got there)
David Andersen - 0/1 (David West was still signing as he walked by)
Marco Belinelli - 0/1 (ran to the back without signing)
Jarrett Jack - 0/1 (signed for maybe 6 people as he was rushed to the back)
D.J. Mbenga signed, but I didn't need him. Everybody else didn't come out for shoot around.

Even though you missed Paul, Okafor and West are still pretty nice! Do you have them sign cards, or do you have photos or other misc. items?

Attended the "Lions Review" local sports talk radio show at the Hard Rock Cafe in downtown Detroit tonight. Regular show co-host and Lions' wide receiver Nate Burleson wasn't there in person and only called in to the show, so replacing him to co-host the show in person tonight was Lions' offensive guard Rob Sims. Got Rob to sign my mini football for me.

Graphed the Chicago Bulls at their hotel today. Got the following to sign for me as they boarded the bus to the game:
assistant coach Adrian Griffin - 1/1 (also thanked him for those tickets that he hooked me up with last season)
Carlos Boozer - 1/1 (after signing my 1 card I brought of him, almost signed my Luol Deng card on the same page, but I told him I only had one card for him to sign; next time I'll remember to bring a couple more)
Kyle Korver - 1/1
Bulls radio color commentator Bill Wennington - 1/1
Derrick Rose - 1/1 (got a little smeared as he dropped my sharpie, to switch markers for the other graphers, on the page after signing)
Ronnie Brewer - 1/1
Missed out on the following:
Bulls player development assistant Lindsey Hunter - 0/1 (used the on the phone and turned his head the other way trick as he boarded the bus)
Keith Bogans - 0/1 (slipped by unnoticed)
assistant coach Ed Pinckney - 0/1 (said he had to go)
Kurt Thomas - 0/1 (ignored)
Luol Deng - 0/1 (ignored)
Taj Gibson - 0/1 (ignored)
Bulls TV color analyst Stacey King - 0/1 (didn't see him)
Omer Asik, Brian Scalabrine, and assistant coach Rick Brunson signed, but I didn't need them. Everybody else ignored. Joakim Noah is still out and didn't make the trip.

After work, decided to hit up the Boston Celtics at their hotel today. Didn't expect much as this team is notorious for not signing. Only got the following to sign for me as they boarded the bus to the game:
Celtics TV color commentator Donny Marshall - 1/1
head coach Doc Rivers - 1/1
Was really there only to try to get Shaq. But of course, he ignored along with all the other Celtics players.
That's it for my IP graphing for 2010. Not the best way to end the year, but already had tremendous successes throughout the entire year, so I couldn't be any more happier. Hopefully, 2011 will bring even greater successes along with more opportunities for me to work in featured films.

Ditto that. I was thinking about trying the Celtics. And I would be very happy if I only got Rivers.

Doc Rivers usually always signs. Most of the players won't sign on the way to the game, but some of them do sign after pregame shoot around at the game, minus the big 3 of course. Still a terrible team all around, graphing-wise though.
Never gotten the opportunity to try for Shaq, as he was injured the past couple of times he played the Pistons, so just thought about taking a shot. Ray Allen is a horrible signer, but not as nearly as impossible as KG. I wouldn't waste too much time on this team at all, knowing that you'll be denied about 99.9% of the time.
