Bob McKenzie @TSNBobMcKenzie
Zach Parise's decision will not come until tomorrow. Has narrowed the field to a select group and will decide Monday.

Anyone else want to bet that the "select group" is NJ, Min, Pitt, and Detroit?

Gord Miller @GMillerTSN
Det signs Mikael Samuelsson to a two year deal. 3 mil per, no trade clause
Welcome back? Parise probably out now for the Wings if they do get Suter.Last edited by htram9; 07-01-2012 at 06:18 PM.

My bet is Parise goes to either Minny or Pittsburgh. I think Suter is going to Detroit. Just get these deals done though.

As per @DarrenDreger, Jordin Tootoo to DET, 3 years @ $1.9M per.

This has got to signal a trade on the horizon for the Wings. Two signings in 10 minutes? I think they got word that they're out of the Parise sweepstakes and are now stocking the cupboards for a Nash or Ryan trade to go with the Suter announcement.

I don't think so. They might not of released anything until the end of the day. Plus who would we trade away? Franzen with some prospects and it still probably wouldn't be enough, for Nash at least.

No...... Not that lazy arse again. 3 Million per? What is Holland smoking. NHL's laziest player that I thought we'd seen the last of.
Mercy.......

I agree, not happy with that at all. Guess they know Hudler is gone. I mean two years is good but not the greatest deal we could of made. He can score though, something they need, scoring depth. Oh well, can't win every signing.
