And your asking him if he's that niave... LOL!
Republicans are trying to stop it from failing and get rid of it.
The ACA doesn't need any help from the republicans to fail. It's doing just fine on its own.

How's that different than pushing back the Employer Mandate a year?

The Justice Department is working, unfortunately they are leading the charge at undermining and ignoring current Immigration Law.

So stop whining about an unrelated Law and go after them for it.

I'll copy and paste the point I made.
If the Republicans should simply go along with the ACA until it is changed, shouldn't the current administration enforce the Immigration Laws until they are changed?
The point has nothing to do with me. If we are going to be a nation of laws, you cannot pick and choose which ones to enforce. This administration has selectively enforced laws as a standard operating procedure. When you let the banksters off with little to no punishment, when you lie about spying on citizens, when you decide that you can assassinate U.S. citizens without due process, and when you use the IRS for political purposes, then your appeal to the rule of law falls flat.

This isn't about enforcement. This is implementation. No one stopped the implementation of the immigration laws, if they're not enforcing it, that's a different branch and a different matter.
One thing I will say, this tit-for-tat attitude is going to be the downfall of your nation. America will go down in flames arguing amongst themselves like 6 year olds.
"He started it!"

There is certainly a lot of animosity concerning this law and I only think it is going to get worse because they sold a lie. They had to tell people that their kids would be covered until 26, they would have coverage for pre-existing conditions, and everything would cost less. What's not to like? Of course, reality is much different and there are huge trade-offs for the few positive features.

The fact remains this is a law and the Republicans are acting like children. This is not how to go about things.

Yep, acting like children for trying to save millions of jobs and trying to stop Americans from being forced into something they don't want.
Gotcha.
Good thing your American and know what your talking about.. Oh wait...
