Wait it out. Tell him to be patient this time of year mail slow, and see if you get if back, then give him your pp address and get him to send you the postage amount. Or if you get it back refund him and put it up again without free shipping see if he bites again.

    Recent ebay scammer
buyer id weiwl_fo6rd this user is from tawain block him asap

This buyer won a ultimate collection patch carmelo anthony rc /25 via auction $576 plus $25 for shipping
he insisted I ship regular mail, as he said any package sent tracking usually goes missing
Well my better judgment said no way and I paid $76 to ship express with signature
As soon as he recieved the package he put in a pp claim and said the card was in terrible condition, stating he wanted to return in for a refund.
Paypal sided with him and gave him the chance to return it.
This morning I checked my emails and had one from paypal saying he posted his tracking number, after I checked the tracking number I noticed the item was delivered on Thursday December 19th.............well it definetly wasnt shipped to me
I looked at the signature that was posted and I know of the lady that signed for it so I went to her house and asked her about the package
she said yes it was addressed to the dutton pharmacy and she signed for it but after they opened it they had no clue what it was about
I called paypal and explained the situation, I now have to get the package from her work on monday, which contained 4 cell phone cases not my $600 Card and go to the police station and get a report filled out and fax it to paypal
I have 10 days to do so or they automatically give the guy his money back
I honestly dont know why people do this to other people...............this is the 2nd time this year I have had to get the police involved to get my cards or money back first time was $3000 value now this $600 value
What is this world comming to??????????
I talked to the other people he bought from and low and behold they have claims in agains them aswell
If anyone sees this card around please lmk so I can report it to ebay

Long story short. I sold a lot of 15 or so cards to the buyer and i noticed i only charged him $2.50 for the shipping. I messaged him and i needed additional $2.50 to cover the rest of the shipping. He agreed and he paid me with no problem so i went on and ship his package. Lets not forget that I had to pay a little extra too! $5.00 Shipping for 15 cards...i think thats good deal! I don't make money off of shipping charges, I paid for all the materials and Canada Post have increased their prices! If this buyer doesn't agree, why doesn't he just leave me a message with a problem or just cancel the transaction? He agreed to pay the difference for the shipping and YET leaves me a negative feedback! just a cry baby buyer and i blocked him from buying any of my future auctions.

Bottom line...buyers just don't understand the cost of shipping. Alot of buyers just complain of shipping costs!

No offense, but you left yourself open to a negative when you doubled up on the buyer's shipping cost after they committed to buy your item, at your posted terms. You are the one that screwed up, not the buyer, and you expected them to pay for your error? You should have ate the mistake, IMO. I've done the same thing several times posting wrong shipping on a lot, and no way would I ever take out my error on the buyer. Was the negative feedback really worth the extra $2.50 to you? Maybe they paid the extra shipping, because they really needed something from that lot. Doesn't mean they have to be happy about it, especially when you hold them hostage to an additional charge.

Sorry, but I don't agree with what you did. I doubt you would ever have to worry about them buying from you again, so the blocking them really was a waste of time, and furthermore, when did Canada Post increase their prices? I have been mailing stuff all year long (300+ bubble mailers), and it has not changed one cent here since January? If you are sending 15+ top loaded cards in one package, then sure you are gonna pay a lot for it as a parcel that goes by size, and weight. If the cards are not that valuable, you could have put 4 cards in penny sleeves inside a thick top loader taped shut, and place them in team bags. You can send 4 top loaders in one bubble mailer for $1.50 plus your shipping supplies ($2.50 to the USA). Your complaining will not get you much sympathy here, esecially how you handled this with your customer.

I know I don't get people not reading the details regarding shipping charges. I had one guy from the states user name 2013sports77 complain the ad said free shipping even though in the description it said 3.99 to the US. He then files a case against me without emailing me first to let me know he hadn't received it yet. I said I would refund it and I bet he will not even ship it back if it arrives. I refunded his money and he leaves a negative feedback. Due to that bad experience I will no longer sell to US ,

I don't think you should let that experience sour you on an entire country. I have tons of fantastic, loyal buyers from the States. Not only will people in the US miss out on your auctions, but you'll also lose out on some sales.

Canadians who bid on my items without contacting me first when the description states that I will not ship to Canada due to customs and shipping costs.

Ive done the Same Things...Sold Items that Clearly States "Registered Shipping on orders Over" But when the Buyer Wins he immediatly Pays Me Regular Shipping and im unfortunately stuck paying for registered Shipping cause i aint gunna beg the Buyer to pay the difference...My Loss but willing to pay to save my rep and feedback...at the same time its upsetting they dont read the description and follow my policy but even as a seller there aint really much i can do about it sometimes
