198 listings, 28 hockey cards listed out of the 198.
I never been burnt. I just don't want to deal with the customs forms mess here.

Why do you use Customs Forms? You are looking to have the card take forever or disappear.

Can you not just throw it in a mailbox? Or does it get returned to you?
I use a mailbox for everything except Europe, saves time & money (different rates for something with a customs form - sad) and I've never had one come back.

Customs Forms are not required for envelopes, including small "00" bubble ones. Somebody at USPS is having a Turkish if they are telling you this.

no clue what a Turkish besides a character from Snatch. But yes the local PO is telling me any non plain envelope going out of the country requires a customs. We have been through this before in several past threads it varies based on your PO.

All three PO's near me have all said the same thing.

Wanted to get some feedback from everyone on here. I did what I said I wouldn't do and opened a PayPal claim against a seller on eBay earlier than I normally would. (BTW this is the first time I have ever done this) Here's the sitch...Purchased a card March 15 and paid same day. It is now April 4 and it has not arrived. I am in Ottawa and it is coming from Toronto. The seller never marked the item as shipped and did not respond to an inquiry I sent him 48 hours ago. He already has 1 neg in the last 6 months for realizing he "forgot" to send an item only after an earlier claim was filed. So, long story short (too late), am I off-base here for filing the claim this early or not?

No, you are within your rights to ask for your money back. I never would have bid. If I see even one comment where the seller has not shipped, I give his auctions a miss.
