Same card listed twice??

Same card. Two different listings and one already has a bid. Would hate to see what happens if both get sold, which they most certainly will.

Sent the seller a message.
Dear sabresfan0927,
Why is this same card listed under two different accounts? Both you (sabresfan0927) and (hockeycardcollector1969) have this exact same card listed.
Their response:
Dear mattdmc2931,
Well thanks for noticing that. They are both my accounts so I must have thought I never listed it. but I ended one of them
- sabresfan0927
Both accounts were from the same city in New York and both connected to the ebay store Davids Hockey Card Outlet. Looks like an Honest mistake.

Okay, could be nothing, but I have a WEIRD situation.
I recently received a question about one of my listings. Here is the question:
"If I win this item, could there be lower shipping cost, I also live in Ontario"
now, my shipping cost is $3.50. I politely explained that where I live, the best Price I can get on Bubble envelopes is $0.50, Jersey sized top loader is $.25, Postage is $1.88, and then tax brings the total to right around $3.00, so no, I can not lower my shipping costs on a card that will most likely end at about 3 bucks.
Afterward though, I got curious when I noticed that he has ZERO feedback and checked his user profile.
Here is what I see:

Now The guy only joined ebay a week ago, and I understand that new users happen BUT this is where is gets weird.
The bidding history looks like this:

now I am thinking to myself, that is weird, 2 guys with ZERO feedback bidding on the same item. So I check out the profile of guy number 2 and see this:

BOTH GUYS JOINED EBAY ON THE SAME DAY.
My question I guess is that assuming this is the same guy, what would be the purpose of bidding himself up?

Man this stinks, I'll keep my eye open. Please help out the members here and post the ebay username of the buyer.

Another deadbeat ebayer. Sent an offer and I accepted, was all going well as he wanted to buy some other things off ebay from me. Sent many invoices and he never replied after the initial offer I accepted from him nor did he pay. Doesn't help that he made his account on the same day he made an offer

eBay Update on Blocked Buyer.
eBay Username: littl-ca New buyer this year, just over 50 feedbacks.
Ok, about one month ago I posted that this seller said his Patrick Roy 88-89 Topps A/S Sticker Insert did not arrive.
I sent another out within one week of him telling me that it did not arrive. This was one month to the day of the sale. Six days after I send out the 2nd Roy, he yells at me "Where in the H.E. Double Hockey Sticks is my replacement card?"
My response was that it often takes 14-21 days to get to Alberta, I don't know why Alberta is a problem from Oregon, it's not far. I explained this and to please be patient.
Now I find out that he has received both cards. The original auction, and the replacement. He has been blocked from any of my auctions or BIN's, and I again, urge you to block this buyer as well.
Cheers!
Tim

Trough the years, I left 1097 feedbacks on eBay as buyer or seller. I leave feedback for every transaction. this is how I manage my activity on eBay. I just realized I only got 832. In other words, I've got feedbacks only for 75.8% of all my transactions. People are lazy !
What is your percentage ???
