I've been going through this thread and updating my block list on ebay to keep those pesky non-payers away.

I also forgot to add king_willy_67 to my list.... Drat! He plucked my Monohan Showcase Hot Prospects ARP. It's only been two days, but I'm guaranteed he won't pay up judging by the feedback he has, which is also unfortunately positive....

2nd time it's happened to me already. I forgot to add him to the "Can Not Bid" list after my last run in and now he's got a Expo Monahan auto occupied. I'm giving him my usual 3 days and then putting it through dispute (I guess).

That is the right word to use in yours and my cases. I had been getting offers that were right close to what I was wanting to accept. If all the other buyers offered just $5-$10 more then it would have sold already. This considering my shipping is included with express post, and those said buyers might have assumed that what the card is selling for is what I would be accepting. King Willy offered more than what I expected, but all the same he is occupying it until after I (being assuming) file my claim, get my credit back, and relist. In the meantime a serious buyer might not have a chance at it while it's in limbo.....

You call no longer use the 1st 50 free listings on BIN for a whole vast amt of categories btw

You can still use it for cards. You get another 50 on auction only.

I don't like it because at least 10-14 times per year they gave me 5,000 free listings and I listed 600 plus items all those times. eBay still does not pay a dividend, I have no idea why any investor would want to own their stock.

It's charging me .30 cents to relist a card with BIN only right now. I've used 0 of my 50 so far this month. I wont pay to list BIN. So they will lose me as a seller unless they reverse the BIN fees in those categories.

This is correct. You CANNOT use the 50 free BIN listings in the memorabilia and collectibles section. Only auctions are free. Unless you pay them for an ebay store, that is. Anything I have will just be relisted on auction with a starting price of what I would have asked for on a BIN. I will probably sell less this way, but oh well. I buy more than I sell, so hopefully I come out ahead with lower cost purchases. Trying to find the silver lining here. And they will not reverse this decision, they're a bunch of morons.

I think ill do this and lower it 10% off the BIN prices i have now.
