Not sure but if the feedback has nothing to do with the transaction, you might be able to get eBay to remove. Like I said earlier, feedback is something that eBay does not like to get involved in, unless it's something obvious like feedback extortion or comments that could be conceived as sexist or racist. I hope you have success in dealing with this tool. Did you post his username?

Feedback scores aren't meant to be fair or impartial. It's a gauge of how each individual buyer feels about you. If they felt their experience was negative, they leave a negative. As I said, not necessarily fair, but thems the rules.

How is this allowed - eBay double post for same card
Hi,
So, I'm not sure how this can be allowed:
A seller has an 05/06 UD Ice Fresh Ice Patch Jussi Jokinen #46/50 for sale (auction) here:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2005-06-UD-I...IAAOSwI-BWIO0r
The same seller has an 05/06 UD Ice Fresh Ice Patch Jussi Jokinen #46/50 for sale (BIN) here:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2005-06-UD-I...IAAOSwI-BWIO0r
So....what happens if I win the auction and then decide to do the BIN as soon as the auction ends? Do I end up getting 2 of the same card?

I have double-listed cards many times over the years. Sometimes I misplace cards or re-list cards that I listed in a different manner and over-look the fact that it was already listed. Fortunately I have caught it everytime before selling the same card twice. I imagine though in the rare case that both listings sell that he will have to cancel one and give a refund. It happens.

Not sure what to do here. I bought a card on ebay from a US seller in December and he shipped it out first class with tracking with USPS. It cleared customs and was "Delivered to community mailbox or parcel locker" two weeks ago. The problem is that I still have "to the door" delivery with Canada Post and do not have a community mailbox. I have never had this problem with Canada Post before and I suspect this was probably due to a temporary delivery person being brought in for the holidays either due to volume or vacation who didn't know where to deliver stuff to. When I called Canada Post, they confirmed that it should have been delivered to my door and that I would need to get the seller to contact them to open an investigation. I exchanged ebay messages with the seller and asked him to contact Canada Post. A few days later, he informed me that he was unable to open a service request since he was not located in Canada. I called Canada Post again and was told the same thing that the seller needs to contact them and they were not aware whether or not their online and phone system would allow a service request to be submitted by a sender outside of Canada, but if that was the case, they would actually have to speak to a person since all claims have to be initiated by the sender. I sent the seller another message asking him to call and hold to talk to a service rep but haven't heard back yet. The more time that passes, the less chance I think there is of them being able to track down the card. What should I do? I don't really want to file a claim since the seller did nothing wrong (this is entirely on Canada Post) but at the same time, I'm out the money with no card to show for it.

I had a similar case as a seller. I sold a card to a buyer in the US, and I shipped via USPS with tracking. The package showed "delivered" a few days later, but the seller claimed that it hadn't been received. I believed him, so I told him to go ahead and file a claim. He did so, and was reimbursed by Paypal protection while I was able to keep my funds.
In your case, I think you should file a claim since you didn't actually receive the package. If Paypal believes your claim - and I'm guessing they likely would - then you should be reimbursed without the seller losing anything since the tracking shows that he has done his job. With a third party responsible for the failure (Canada Post), both sides should be okay. I would likely let the seller know what you're thinking as a courtesy, but he should understand why you're doing it.

This should be interesting. The autos are terrible because the space is so small, but nonetheless I predict min $1000US.
