I would hate to see the taxes and fees that would get slapped on that card if it made its way through Canada Customs, although I have a feeling this one might remain in the US. I don't think its crazy to think that this one will go for 20K plus, talk about a payday!

Man, if I had something like that, I'd trade it up front for a 1981-83 DeLorean. But no...I have yet to pull a card over $1000 in value.
As a joke, someone should offer this guy a sealed box of Pro Set in exchange for his Ovy 1/1. His reaction would be priceless.

When the guy pulled the card on Beckett I offered him two dual shield cards (Stastny/Theodore and Datsyuk/Lidstrom) and he said it was a generous offer.
I truly don't think the guy knew what he had, now he does.

Does the DeLorean come with a flux capacitor? I'd demand that as part of the deal.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

I'd love to add that one to the collection but with it probably ending around 10 000 or more...Wife would probably have a fit lol.
Very sweet nonetheless

I know collecting can get crazy, but the price is just ridiculous for a piece of cardboard, rare or not. Think of the experiences you could have for $5k-$10k. Trips oversees, rent for an apartment, college funds, etc.. I just can't imagine having that expendable cash.

Hah yeah its insane how much it will probably end for, and all that much for a card that doesnt have an auto, jersey patch or whatever only because its a 1/1.
