And that would keep my paypal negative, right? I really would consider that. The feeling isn't great when you know you didnt do anything , and have to dish out the money that is already 'spent' for someone elses messup. ugh

its just like a credit card if you havnt signed up for it you can do it easily through the paypal website. you will get a credit line of 400 bucks and if you need the money back for bills i would pay the guy back using that and then its just like a credit card. i use it most of the time on cards i buy to flip so i dont have to take money out of my bank account.

I can not apply for any credit, 3 new credit cards in 2 months. Another pull wouldn't be good.

If your auction listing states refund within 3 days and he did not contact you until after that time frame -- I'd point that out to him. If you want to be a "nice guy" and try to work it out -- explain that, ask for a scan/pic and maybe refund half.. or offer to send him a different card.
One thing I would also suggest is that if the card is serial numbered, be sure to check that (if you know what yours was stamped) -- to ensure he is not returning a damaged card he had previously.. know what I mean?

Its funny, because the top loader is not bent, at all. That card was an easy 9 and maybe a 9.5 when it left my hands

From the looks of the picture, the toploader and packaging seems fine. I shipped this card in mint condition. I do not feel at fault in this situation. My 3 day (72 hour) policy has expired in this deal. Please cease all contact with me and direct all your concerns to eBay.
