Response from Buyer. If he was a criminal investigator would he know what CEASE ALL CONTACT means?

Are you serious??? The 3 day rule did not expire because I just received it yesterday due to being out of town which I stated to you last week when you asked about the P.O. Box??? You better believe that all of our emails will be forwarded to EBAY and Paypal because as a retired DHS senior criminal investigator I have dealt with this kind of matters and know how to prove that what you sent me was not what I paid for??? I even documented in a hotmail email yesterday upon receiving and opening your package that the card was damaged and within three days of receiving it because I was worried about you only having 22 feedbacks and only selling a few items to date. Furthermore, your own statements in this reply email contradict what you keep stating that the card was in mint condition when you mailed it to me because if the top loader and packaging seems fine, then obviously you sent me a damaged item in the first place. Look at my EBAY history, I only have nearly 600 perfect feedbacks

i have found from selling on ebay, that buyers are VERY needy, very complainy and very much want to pay 99 cents for a card and then put it through a 10 point inspection with a magnifing (spelling) glass....

Yeah thats funny, if that is the case he is over sixty years old and still lives with his mom? If this is how he recieves cards when his mom picks them up I'd get my own PO box.

i know that not the case, i was just commenting on why it sucks to sell on ebay. some customers are really, really good, but i found that the biggest complainers are the ones that spend the least amount.

The card looks like it was bent. As if the person had a smaller Po Box and the envelope was bent slightly for the bubble envelope to fit in the box. That does happen sometimes.

Don't let that 1 negative discourage you. Kinda confused on your last post... did you refund him his money ?? or do you still have the $106 ?? If he was going to go thru ebay he sure did give you a fast feedback. Usually ebay looks into it and suggests that feedback not to be left till things get settled. So if it does go thru ebay in your favor they usually remove negative feedback.

I did NOT refund him. The only way I will refund him is if eBay/PayPal find me at fault and demand a refund. I have already sent this to Customer Service for their decision in this case, but 99% of the time the buyer wins.
