Damn man, insane!!! I like to keep up with your thread because I live in the same area, so when I go to these events, I can compare how we did. But that stafford signing is insane. If you wouldnt mind, shoot me a pm every so often when you see some area signings.

Attended the grand opening of Ciccarelli's Sports Bar Theater, owned by hockey HOFer Dino Ciccarelli, in Shelby Township, MI since it was only 10 minutes away from my house. Dino wasn't around by the time I got there, but other Detroit Red Wings alumnis were. Got former right wingers Darren McCarty and Joe Kocur to each sign a trading card for me. Was also cool to have a beer with both of them. Former left winger John Ogrodnick and right winger Brent Fedyk were also there, but I didn't have anything for them to sign nor need them. Heard former center Kris Draper and forward Kirk Maltby were onhand for the ribbon cutting of the establishment, but were gone by the time I got there.

Attended the new CD release listening plus meet & greet party of local renowned metalcore band, "We Came As Romans", at the Pike Room of the Crofoot in Pontiac, MI tonight. The band was cool as heck and got all of them to sign my 5 x 7 photo. Forgot to bring my camera, so didn't get the photo opt with the band.

Attended the "Moore After The Game" sports talk radio show hosted by Detroit Lions' great Herman Moore at the 24 Seconds Bar & Grill in Berkley, MI tonight. Got Herman to sign my mini-football and 8 x 10 photo for me. Also added the inscriptions without me asking. His guest tonight was Detroit Lions' defensive end, Cliff Avril, but I didn't need Cliff as I've gotten him before, though I would love to get him on a photo. However, I wasn't prepared since I had no knowledge of who the guest would be ahead of time.

Attended the 10th Annual Celebrity Wheelchair Basketball Game benefiting the DMC Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan held at the O'rena on the campus of Oakland University in Rochester, MI tonight. My primary target was event host and Detroit Lions' defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh. True to his regular jerk form, Ndamukong left the charity game with about 3 minutes remaining in the game, signed for a couple of sponsors, and stiffed everyone else, even though there were no regular dealers to be seen. I don't get it for why he wouldn't sign for as much people as he could at a charity event, must have let his ego get to his head or something. Also missed out on local renowned rapper, "Trick Trick", who exited out the other tunnel immediately after the game.

Went down to the floor after the game. Got former NBA player and current Detroit Pistons' radio color analyst, John Long, to sign a trading card for me. Got University of Michigan basketball's famed "Fab 5" member and former NBA player, Jimmy King, to sign a trading card for me. And also got current IBF junior middleweight champ, Cornelius "K-9" Bundrage, to sign an index card for me. "K-9" was pretty cool to let me hold his championship title as well. Too bad I didn't have my camera on me, otherwise, I would got a photo taken with the champ and his title.

Signingshotline.com, the event page on the local sports talk radio stations, as well as checking out the events section of the teams' official website. And no, I will not be giving anybody any heads up on any upcoming signings. It's up to them to do their homework.

Detroit Tigers' pitchers Duane Below, Jose Valverde, Phil Coke, and Luis Marte made an appearance at the Gibraltar Trade Center in Mount Clemens, MI for a paid signing there today. Didn't need Below, Coke, nor Marte, so paid the signing fee and got Valverde to sign my 8 x 10 photo for me.
