First loss in over a week. A terrible offensive performance, no reason Drabek should've given up only one run, but its frusterating..

I don't know what Leyland was doing with is wacky pinch hitting, pinch hitting Don Kelly with the game on the line? He has less pop in his bat than Santiago and is a worse hitter, made no sense, almost as little sense as Raburn pinch hitting.

But the story is Benoit going into worthless mode, I tried to defend him, the play-by-play team talked about how he had 'fixed' his mechanics and showed the difference, but in the actual game, he's still pitching how he was when he was giving up runs..I'm on the run Benoit out of town bandwagon now, hope he makes me eat my words.

Scherzer deserved the win..Miggy just didnt look right today, not good in the field at all, although the score keeper gave him two errors which didnt make much sense to me.

Tigers still have taken 9 of 11, no reason to complain or worry, 1 more against Toronto then 2 at Boston, then 3 at Pittsburgh, all will be fine, let the haters come in and look foolish if you will

I have no reason to feel nervous on Valverde, Alberquerque, or Schlereth.

Guess Porcello will pitch tommorow against the Sox. Wish they'd move Verlander's start up..He doesnt need 2 extra days off, he could get an extra start if they move him up

And we're now under delay..Top of the 8th in a 0-0 game..Phil Coke will probably be done due to the delay, but thus far he's had 7 innings only 3 hits given up and has only thrown 78 pitches! Very impressed
