Just had a thought here, Tigers fans opinions (or anyone's opinions on this):

Brandon Inge is struggling beyond believe, yes he is the 9th hitter most nights and yes he has potential to hit for some power, but lets say at the end of May he's still hitting .200 with 1-3 HRs..do you consider moving Peralta to third, and giving Santiago the games at short?

Thats shortterm, Santiago is obviously not gonna start everyday, but maybe you can package something around Furbush who has been great in AAA Toledo this year and get a decent shortstop?

Inge is just killing us..Either move Avila up in the lineup or bench Inge..because it seems runners are on base alot and Inge isn't getting it done, and his defense this year hasn't been as good as in the past.

Not sure why Don Kelly is hitting 6th instead of 8th, but i'm thrilled Raburn is 9th..only thing better would be playing Casper Wells instead and cutting Raburn

And thats back-to-back 4 game series victories..3 from NYY and 3 on the road from Toronto..

Jackson with a big series, VMart with a big series, 'best' part was the Tigers got almost nothing from Miggy and still put up runs to win.

Scherzer wasnt great at all tonight, but improves to 6-0 on the season. 2 game series starting tommorow at Minnesota. Liriano vs Porcello, and looks like the Twins bullpen won't be in great shape..good chance to crush Liriano

So much for moving down Ordonez in the lineup so Boesch can hit 3rd, instead we move him to 7th

Avila hitting 9th..makes no sense, sure Liriano is a lefty, but Avila is money with runners on base this year

And 4 in a row now, Phil Coke vs Scott Baker tonight, the offense is cruising lately and same for the pitching, gotta hope it continues today.

Took 4 hours to play this game, but the important part was the Tigers win! 5 in a row on the road, first time since 2007 thats happened and a short 2 game sweep of the Twins who are freefalling. Clutch hits from Peralta & Inge tonight, bullpen was trash, but Valverde got us the save as expected. Coke pitched alright, not amazing but good enough as the #5 starter should. Gave the team a chance to win, which is all you can ask for.

Day off finally tommorow then 3 home games against KC and 2 against Toronto after that
