wow some real big babies on this situation if you ask me!! Its part of bidding man thats the game thats it. Its not like pack searchin one bit as pack searchin you are cheating the fun of it and sniping should be fun. I dont use a service i use my skills and i've gotten some awesome cards so cheap because you yourself were trying to lowball the auction

Sniping is not cheating at all. You hardly never win if you bid with days to go so why do it? I will admit I snipe all the time and I know 95% of the people on this board probably do.... I will just end here, I dont want to get in an argument thats just plain stupid.... I wish(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) that you would realize how stupid it sounds that you say sniping is cheating.... Anyway thats why they set a time limit, you have all the time to work with on the auction why not use it?

I snipe every single auction I bid on, even if it's a 99 cent POS card. On top of that I use a Sniping Assistant....... I guess I'm the devil.

Its all fair game, I've one many and lost many auctions in the final seconds. You can get burned either way. The only way around it is to click on buy it now or go to a card shop.

As a seller, I love snipers! I love watching my auctions that I thought would get no bids or sell for the minimum bid all of a sudden jump 50-500%. I like it so much, I decided to start doing it. I was getting outbid by snipers all the time. I don't even bother bidding on an auction until it's in it's final couple minutes unless I know I'm not going to be home. I don't see anything wrong with it at all. As the saying goes "don't hate the players, hate the game" and sniping is the game the snipers are just taking advantage of it.

Every single one of my Ebay wins has been a snipe and i sniped it with one or two seconds left, and i have no regrets. I dont consider sniping wrong or cheating, i just consider it part of ebay.

Renegade, If im winning the auction, someone else cant have a maximum bid. I dont think you understand. I was winning the auction at 2 dollars. And then, put a max bid of 5, after already winning the auction at 2. Then, when I tried to put on a max bid, I was outbid. Idc all that much, I win enough stuff on ebay, but sniping In my opinion is ridiculous.

Babies? No, I just dont agree with it. Bidding is bidding, be there at the time or dont bid at all. Place a max, dont snipe. What does having someone want to pay more, have anything to do with sniping? Of course, Ill pay more than my first bid at most auctions, but sniping ends the chance of winning it. I could care a less if someone outbids me on an auction, but sniping is bs.
