I've opened cases of FW for the past 5 years or so and I've never made my money back or even gotten close to it. Usually, if I sold ever hit including FW hits, I would get back 35%-45% at best. This is definitely a set makers product.

I agree 100% it is a set makers product.

I will crack a case or two let the cards fall as they may sell or trade off all the SOTTs and FWA Patches to build a set. Sure I could buy it in pieces but why I like opening packs.

I can guarantee you Kuznetsov will not be in the set. I am almost 100% sure Gormely will not be included as well both debuted too late and will be in 14-15 products.

well what about all the base? You can sell those in lots and make back some. Why do people only consider return on hits in products. You know there are base and inserts as well.

This person considered the return on every hit, as I said. But, truth be told, the non auto'd hits don't sell for much. Each of the non-auto'd hits nets about a buck on average. This is usually to set collectors so you want to sell them as a lot. The base sets sell for $5-15 each but make sure you note the shipping costs of 100 cards.

I sell 12-20 card lots after breaking cases of the same card and they do move sometimes. it takes patience

Can't wait for this product to be released. I'm mostly a vintage collector but have caught the modern bug, most due to the FWAP cards. Also a Habs fan and we have some nice rookies this year, looking forward to cracking my first case of modern.
