As well they should. Businesses shouldn't be required to provide anything like this, period.

so where is the line drawn then? does a corporation that is run by a person who doesn't believe in health care at all have the right to opt out of providing any sort of health care if it's legally obligated. We could even look at workers comp to get outside of the obamacare rules. If an employee gets hurt at this company and needs to go to the doctor can they just say it's against their companies religious beliefs and saw they will pray for the health of the injured? To me that's not a legitimate reason to skirt a law, but seems the same as what Hobby Lobby has done. Can Hobby Lobby now deny other procedures or medicines based off of their religious views? Can a company opt not to have vaccines on their coverage plan if they are against them? Can a company opt to not have maternity leave for their female employees if it's against their religious belief? Can they now discriminate based on their religious beliefs?

There's always adoption if they are unable to give up anything else in their budget to purchase birth control and have an unwanted pregnancy.

Why should they. I would assume that hobby lobby is against abortion so it makes no sense that they are against items that would prevent unwanted pregnancy. More baffling conservative logic.

So hobby lobby wants to stick their nose in their employees bedrooms but when they need additional assistance because of their meddling they don't want to hear it. Got ya.

Oh this is now Hobby Lobbys fault? Since when? Oh that's right. When they were forced to ignore their beliefs and force fed Obama Care.

So is hobby lobby going to foot the bill for taking care of their worker's kids that result from unplanned pregnancy?

No their problem. How about some personal responsibility?

How the hell is wanting medical devices that are supposed to be covered by the insurance that the employee pays for an entitlement?

Businesses should not have to provide healthcare. But if they are forced federally to do so, then they can provide whatever the minimum is. If they have problems with certain aspects IE this case and the catholics ect, then go through the courts. Bottom line to me though is they shouldn't have to provide anything to begin with. It's an incentive, not a requirement.

Obamacare aside, what about other laws that require companies to cover employees or customers while at their place of business? Seems like they now have precedence to get out of other laws if it goes against their religious beliefs. Plus who is to say what a corporation claims to believe in order to get out of these laws? Does it have to be a major religion? Are there going to be people who rule on whether or not a belief is legitimate or not? What about more of the less popular religions like scientology or snake handlers? Do they have any beliefs that would allow them to get out of covering things for their employees that don't deal with obamacare. What if someone just makes up a belief? Can the government rule on what is a valid religious belief? I say no.
