I run for pain, oops I meant fun. Typically run more than that though but the last time I was timed it was for a mile and a half, time of 11:03. Yeah, I am 43 years old. My time has slowed over the years. The best ever 1.5 mile was 8 minutes and 33 seconds.

My best time ever was 6:00 a few years ago. Don't think I could do that now...

last time I ran a timed mile I did it in 6:13 but I haven't run in about a year, need to start again but I enjoy running with someone and have no one to run with here, so now it would probably be a 6 century mile if I didn't pass out first. Daniel

I can do a mile in about 2 minutes on a treadmill....very simple, actually....simply place rollarblades on your feet, step on the treadmill, turn it on full-blast, and hang on!

Ok, seriously, I don't run...when I was in middle school, I believe I ran a 10 minute mile or so. But, I haven't gone running for eons - I prefer biking/basketball

This is kinda embarrassing, but I am the only ambulatory citizen of planet Earth who literally doesn't know how to ride a bike. I spent an entire weekend as a seven year old trying to learn, but without success. I tried again when I was eleven, but that didn't work, either. I also never learned how to swim, and when I use the treadmill, I have to hold onto those stupid bars or else I risk falling off (done that a couple of times before).
Basketball is the only athletic endeavor where I appear somewhat coordinated!
I probably qualify for dyspraxia, but they don't have exact evaluative tests for that yet.

We all have things that we can't do, so don't be embarrassed! :-) I can't swim either, nor can I whistle or snap my fingers (ok, I know those aren't sports, but it's a common thing that most people can do).

I can burp on demand though - some people can't do this
