yo gladdy he scored 33 in one quarter and tied the record with gervin ..lol..
melo has hit countless game winners ....hes went to the playoffs and played the spurts twice and the lakers ..thas not easy to do ..alot of players couldnt get pass those teams..i think melo needs to work harder at his d and then he can be label a superstar with no doubts ...cus offensively he has no weaknesses wat can he not do on offense....i like melo ..plus i always pull his cards..lmaoo.

Not for despising or aggressive against Melo..but I popped this.
Is there anyone remeber Kenny Smith's 3PT record in Final (1994) ?
If I'm not wrong, he made 7 or 8 3PTs in Final and it was record.
(Yes ..it's only 1 game..not whole Final)
But nobody calls Kenny Smith is a super star.
(Even it was final game record)
I think Melo is the best SF(Actually, he interviewed like that) in West.

7 3 pointers thas amazing but thas pretty easy when they double teaming the dream all day ..lolol... is really not that much ..i guess for a playoff game it is t hough ..sprewell hit 9 in a row ..and kobe and donyell marshall had 12 in one game but i guess, melo is way more consistant that kenny smith will eva be..its not a fluke cus the guy has proven he can scored ..he led the league in scoring ..and been always in the category pretty high ..that was one game but he has shown shades of greatness..idk man its jus my opinon not sayin nobody is wrong ..

I think of superstars as the top couple players in the game. If you call melo a superstar, then there are many other superstars- such as dirk, ai, tmac, amare...
It all depends on what YOU think a superstar is

he is a star... not a super star.... i can name 20 better players than him.... he's a good player but not hall of fame type.
