Obviously fame, fortune, and winning another championship means nothing to him. I dont want to hear about state tax talk, who seriously takes less money to go to a worse situation (with the exception of Iverson or Marbury). Its usually the other way around (Rasheed, Artest, McDyess).

The wait could be over by Tuesday

John Ireland reportedly said on ESPN 710 radio this morning that Lamar Odom would sign with the Lakers sometime in the next couple of days. Ditto the info coming from the Miami Herald, which echoes the time frame I got from the conversations I had over the weekend.
The wait could be over soon.

Yeah, there were so many rumors spinning around yesterday, I didn't want to say anything here, i was just too confused lol.
But, one thing is for sure, the Lakers have made an offer of $25 mil for 3 years, it could jump to $27 mil if the Lakers make it to the finals next year.
Also, apparently, Wade flew over the LA stocking Odom again, lol, or as he says it, "recruiting” him. IDK, it just sounds weird to me that a guy would fly cross-country just so he could bring another guy home with him.
Overall, the wait continues.....

ESPN reported earlier today that if the Lakers stay at their current offer, then Lamar will leave for LA...not sure what truth there is to that, but that's what I heard...

WE should get a poll up and see which is the best or most obvious outcome

Lamar Stays in LA

I think that's more speculation then anything else. I could honestly say that NOBODY, not even ESPN, knows what LO is going to do, but everybody feels that the logical move is to resign with the Lakers even with the current offer.
