How do you track a package to Canada from the States for less than $1. It usually costs me $9-17 to track it depending on the Province its going to.
eBay is why I do most of my buying on here. The seller doesn't have to be skittish and I have yet to have a deal go bad here. Its also why I use normal paypal and not paypal gift.

Its $4.60 plus 13% tax for the stamp from Canada to Anywhere out of North America. That is the difference. I charge the lowest I can. I do a fair amount of sales to Europe and a bit into Asia. Russia is a different story. Everything has to be registered mail going into Russia.

I once paid $3.50 for shipping for an item in Canada...and then received the card in a PWE (well, brown envelope, but still not a bubble envelope)
When I left 2 stars for shipping cost, the seller reamed me out. He felt (he told me) that my offer was too low, so he cut down on his shipping costs to make back some money.
People act as if the cards are theirs...but once I've paid for it, it becomes mine. You'd better do what you can to send it securely/reasonably.
HOWEVER, having said all that, you clearly did everything a seller is supposed to do and your shipping price is very reasonable.

You still have to be careful on here with some. I have had to call the RCMP, and 2 sets of kids Parents in Canada to straighten things out. That was in 2003 on here. When we first started in 2003 it was like the Wild West in here, rip-offs were common place. It is much better today.

You can only see my overall DSR. I can see my specific DSR for USA buyers and for shipping charges I have 16 low ratings in the last year. Low ratings are 1 and 2.

I think most people only look at the postage and base the charges on that. They do not take into account the top loader, team bag, penny sleeve, bubble mailer, extra packaging, and time.

Team bags are an unnecessary item. I don't know who go the brainiac idea that one card in a tam bag provides anything but a free team bag to the buyer.
I only use a team bag when trying to keep multiple cards together. You are better off taping the card and top loader to the inside of the bubble mailer, that way it won't slide around.
For single cards, team bags are like confetti at a wedding, no real purpose.

I always use team bags for single cards and this is so I DON'T put tape on the top loader. I hate when people put tape on the top loader. Half the time the tape won't fully come off and then you have to use a new top loader or try to clean the top loader using acetone or something to get the residue off. Team bags aren't expensive and you can very easily reuse them. Because of this I think team bags are more like a groom at a wedding, a very real purpose.
