July 29, 1958 - NASA Created

On this day in 1958, the U.S. Congress passes legislation establishing the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), a civilian agency responsible for coordinating America's activities in space. NASA has since sponsored space expeditions, both human and mechanical, that have yielded vital information about the solar system and universe. It has also launched numerous earth-orbiting satellites that have been instrumental in everything from weather forecasting to navigation to global communications.

I never understood the fascination with Diana...of course, there are a lot of people I don't understand the extreme fascination of, such as the Beatles, Michael Jackson, the Kennedys, or anyone like that really.

I'm not really sure either, Darren. I was too young to really know of her popularity. The earliest I remember of her was her unfortunate death.

what grabbed peoples attention to her was the fact that she was a princess but still was doing a lot for poor and sick people. Sort of like what Mother Theresa was doing and people were like....wiat she is a princess and she still touches people with terminal conditions and stuff like that. I am not like extreme fascinated with her but I really admired her
